Announcing a New Wings Program!
The mission behind our new program is to care for Oklahomans. This program will create more meaningful work for adults with developmental disabilities. The Wings members will assemble family-sized hygiene and cleaning kits that will last a family of four one month. The members will distribute 15,000 of these family kits to Oklahomans suffering from low income with no sustainable way of getting their most basic needs met.
We won't stop there, this program will spread Wings' love to the community through assembling plarn matts for the homeless, arranging flowers to lift up families going through difficult times, and sending kind notes to our community partners. As an added bonus, Wings will be able to increase our membership by 15% and onboard 10 new members, decreasing our waiting list.
This program is the first of its kind and will care for Oklahomans throughout the entire state. YOU can be a part of that! Our members are ready to take on this project; we just need YOU!
